A high quality pre-catalyzed lacquer sanding sealer designed to be used under Gemini’s 275 VOC pre-catalyzed lacquer topcoats. This product is water clear and has been formulated to resist the effects of UV light. In addition, this sealer is HAPs free and non-photo-chemically reactive.
